CURRICULUM
The harmonium is central to Indian classical, devotional, and film music. Learn bellows technique, note-bending, drone management, and accompaniment skills for solo performance and ensemble singing support.
From the bansuri of Indian classical music to the Western concert flute, our flute program covers embouchure development, breath support, finger technique, and repertoire spanning ragas, folk melodies, and Western classical and jazz standards.
Develop a commanding tone on the clarinet or saxophone through systematic work on embouchure, air speed, finger technique, and dynamic control. Repertoire includes classical studies, jazz improvisation fundamentals, and genre flexibility.
PROGRAM OUTCOME
Wind students build a rich, controlled tone and a versatile technique that enables solo performance, ensemble playing, and improvisation across multiple musical traditions.
